Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

•clear photos of the item

•clear photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

•used items

•opened items

•custom orders

•made-to-order products

•bulk or special-request orders

Order Cancellations  
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as preparation has not started.

Custom and Bulk Orders  
Custom, personalized, and bulk orders are non-refundable once confirmed and production has started. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
